For more than seven years, Alliance Trading has been offering its clients "one-stop shopping" for all the hardware and software infrastructure needs of their call centers.

These include TDM, SIP and VoIP solutions.

Alliance's TDM services include the provision of advice, design and supply of the corresponding equipment to meet the end customer's requirements. This may include servers with up to 16 PCI slots, telephony cards from various manufacturers, and switch-over components.

The same service is provided for SIP-based call centers as for TDM-based call centers, with SIP-enabled servers, telephony cards or gateways and SIP telephones/headsets.

VoIP solutions focus on combining servers, gateways and telephone equipment and on supplying licenses (HMP).

Alliance further supports its clients with external connections using SS7 or SBC (Session Border Controller).
